Rapunzel is a Danish company that offers a user-friendly complete solution where patients can use our mobile cooling caps to reduce hair loss during chemotherapy. At Rapunzel, we are looking for a dedicated and empathetic colleague to join our small, growing team. Every day, we work to advise, guide, and support people who are in a vulnerable life situation because they or their loved ones are affected by a serious illness. This requires empathy, structure, flexibility, and professional expertise. As a User Experience Consultant, you will work with the rest of the team to be a crucial point of contact for users of our mobile cooling caps and their relatives, both in Denmark and abroad. You will therefore have close contact with people going through difficult times and be a meaningful support for them. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the development of our growing online community and of Rapunzel as a company.

YOUR TASKS

• Advise, guide, and support potential and current users – and their relatives.
• Answer inquiries and communicate professionally and accessibly in Danish, German, and English – both in writing and orally.
• Adhere to processes that ensure high user satisfaction and internal quality assurance.
• Handle confidential and sensitive personal data safely and responsibly.
• Work independently, maintain an overview, and keep things structured.
• Actively participate in a small, close-knit team where we help each other and develop together.
• Contribute to the design and development of our online user community, as this is a space where current and former users of our cooling caps can feel seen, heard, and supported.
• Proactively contribute to business development in a company that is growing both nationally and internationally.

We do this, among other things, by renting out mobile cold caps, which can reduce hair loss during chemotherapy and for many contribute to an improved quality of life during a difficult time.

We are looking for a dedicated intern who is eager to be an active part of our communication strategy and help develop Rapunzel's voice and visibility.

Your responsibilities

You will work with, among other things:

• Developing and planning social media posts (primarily Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram)
• Analyzing and evaluating existing communication measures
• Contributing to new communication initiatives and campaigns
• Participating in the development of user and target group analyses
• Ad-hoc communication tasks in line with Rapunzel's development

The tasks will be adapted to your skills and interests – and you will have the opportunity to shape the content.

• Are studying communication, marketing, media science, branding, or similar
• Have an interest in social media, storytelling, and analysis

At Rapunzel, we work to create more choice, security, and education for people undergoing cancer treatment. We do this by renting out mobile cooling caps, which can reduce hair loss during chemotherapy and help many improve their quality of life during a difficult time.

We are looking for a dedicated intern who is eager to work with user analysis, insights, and understanding of needs, and who wants to help strengthen our decisions in communication, product, and cooperation models.

Your tasks

You will, among other things, work with:

• Collection and analysis of user data and feedback (e.g., interviews, surveys, qualitative input)
• Mapping user journeys and needs (B2C and possibly B2B)
• Contributing to the development of personas and target audience segments
• Analysis of existing measures with a focus on user experience
• Professional exchange with the team on how insights can be translated into actions
• Ad-hoc tasks related to analysis and development

The tasks will be adapted to your skills and interests – and you will have the opportunity to shape both the method and the output.
